I am an architecture photographer based in Lincoln, Nebraska. Born and raised in Omaha, my love of photography began in high school, when I picked up my dad’s Minolta. I took pictures of the high school basketball team from the stands. I got my first camera as a high school graduation present and by the end of my freshman year at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, was working for the campus newspaper, the Daily Nebraskan. I covered all the sports. Any sporting event that needed coverage, I was ready and willing. I learned so much there.
After my time there was done, I didn’t get to shoot as much as I would have like, but was able to get behind the camera again, working for a small marketing company and a website covering Husker Athletics. I rediscovered my love of creating.
When those opportunities were winding down, I was looking for what to do next. A conversation with a friend in the spring of 2016 led me to discover the burgeoning field of Real Estate photography. I quickly learned about Architectural photography and I’ve been hooked ever since. After getting married in March 2019, my wife and I decided it was time and in January 2020, I set out to make Architectural photography my full-time pursuit. I’ve loved the challenge of trying to showcase the incredible projects I’ve been trusted to capture and am excited to continue to grow and take on all the challenges of the next project!
